How can I make a reservation?
A :

You can make your reservation directly through this official villa website by using instant confirmation booking’s page on this website or you can contact us by phone or email.

Q :
Can I check your villa availability and special rates online?
A :

Of course, you can. Just go to our instant confirmation booking’s page, enter your check in and checkout date. The engine will show you villa availability and rates. Special internet rates are only valid if you book through www.TheSeminyakSuite.com. All rates quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) and subject to 21 government tax and service. Rates may change without prior notice.

How do I amend the reservation I made online?
A :

Please email our reservation for assistance at resv1@astadala.com. Booking amendment is subject to villa availability.

Does your website secure for online payment?
A :

Absolutely, it does. Our website has SSL Certificate, which can be easily identified on our website address with “https” at the beginning. It will secure all of your data, when passed from your browser to our site. Additionally, our official Internet Payment Gateway provider, DOKU, will handle your secure online credit card payment. When you book through our official website, the booking system will guide you at the final step to make the secure online credit card payment via DOKU.

What credit card do you accept?
A :

VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express. Due to Indonesian banking regulations you will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah, at the current exchange rate, which will affect your final bill. Your bank or credit card provider then sets the final charge.

Can I make a payment via bank transfer?
A :

This payment method is available based on request, and only if your reservation is less than 14 days prior arrival, because it takes time to arrive into our account (especially from overseas banks). Bank transfer method is not recommended for last minute booking.

We will send our official bank account details to your email after your reservation. Our bank account must receive your payment in full amount, exclude any bank fees (either for deposit or full charge from total reservation). Proof of transfer must be scanned/captured and sent by email to our reservation team.

What is the cancellation policy?
A :

A penalty will be applied for any cancellation as indicated during making reservation. Please check our complete terms and condition here.

Do you charge children for sharing bed with their parents during stay?
A :

Only 1 – 10 years old children will not be charged for sharing bed with their parents. The sharing bed only allows one child per room and doesn’t include breakfast. In addition to children age, please consider children’s body for the comfort of sharing bed.

How much the breakfast charge will be, if I am sharing bed with my child?
A :

It is at 100,000 net per child per night

Any special price for extra bed for children?
A :

Extra bed for 3 – 12 years old children will be charged only at Rp 340,000 ++ per child per night, and includes breakfast).

Check-in/Check-out

When is the check-in and check-out time?
A :

Check-in time is at 3 pm, whilst the check-out time is at 12 noon. For early check-in or late-check out, please refer to another questions below.

Will be arriving before 3 pm at your villa. Can I have early check-in?
A :

For early check-in request, it will be based on villa availability. If your villa is not ready yet, you are welcome to use all our facilities while you wait, and you can ask our reception to keep your lunggage until you have your villa ready.

Is it possible to have a late check-out?
A :

A late check-out can be possible arranged and subject to villa availability. It may not be available if the villa has been booked for that day. If we are busy, we are happy to store your bags and you have full use of our public facilities.

What is the day use policy of your villa?
A :

For the day use until 6 pm will be subject to 50% room charge. After 6 pm, full charge will be applied. Day use is subject to availability.

Why does villa require deposit upon check-in and preferably in cash?
A :

Deposit upon check-in is a standard villa security deposit to be used to cover extra bills from various extra/incidental charges/consumption at our restaurant, bar, mini bar, etc during your stay. It can be paid by cash or credit card guarantee. Refundable security deposit rate:

  • IDR 500.000 for one bedroom villa booking
  • IDR 1.000.000 for two bedroom villa booking
  • IDR 1.500.000 for three bedroom villa booking

Why preferably in cash?
Because it’s easily refundable.

What is wrong with credit card method?
To settle a ‘refundable’ payment by credit card, it needs your physical credit card to be swiped in Credit Card Verification mode or simply called “Card Ver”. It is a kind of blocking system (a fund hold on credit card) to reduce your credit card limit, but not a deduction or a sale process. If later the card is not charged for actual ‘sale’ incurred, then the blocking system will be released automatically within 14 working days (but, it may vary depending on the credit card issuer bank). If you don’t mind with this technical condition, then go with credit card method.

What the type of private villa do you have?
A :

The Seminyak Suite – Private Villa provides 1, 2, and 3 bedroom villa with private pool. Each villa type has different number of maximum occupancy. You can add one (1) extra bed for each bedroom with additional charge at Rp 700.000 nett/person, which includes daily breakfast. More info about our villa types.

What are the differences amongst the villa types?
A :

The main difference is from individual villa size, private pool size, the number of maximum each villa occupancy, and villa layout. Click here to view the comprehensive villa comparison.

How many villas with pool?
A :

All villas are designed with its own large and private swimming pool.

How do we arrange airport transport service with you?
A :

Our airport pick up or drop off is available with additional charge at Rp 300.000 nett per car per way with max. 4 people including luggage. Just ask our reservation staff when you make a booking, and also please mention your flight number, arrival details, and number of person for pickup service.

Do you have baby cot?
A :

Yes, we do. Baby cot for children under 3 years old is free of charge yet it is subject to availability. Please reserve in advance to our reservation or front desk staff.

We want to stay at your private pool villa, but we bring our kids. Do you have pool fence?
A :

Yes, we do. It is free of charge and subject to availability. Please reserve in advance to our reservation or front desk staff.

Do your villas provide refrigerator for guest to store items?
A :

In-villa refrigerator is available at two and three bedroom pool villa type, whilst one bedroom pool villa only features the minibar.

Can we have candlelight dinner at your private villa?
A :

Absolutely. We can help you to arrange your private romantic dinner, which will be setup at your villa poolside with beautiful flower and candle decoration. Only Rp 450.000 ++ per person (price is subject to 21% government tax and service). Booking in advance at least one (1) day before is required. More details.

Do you provide private tour?
A :

No, we don’t provide or sell tour packages. However, our staffs will surely help you at their best knowledge in recommending, and giving information about tours and activities in Bali. There are plenty of streetside tour operators/counters/agencies around Seminyak for you to choose. To avoid disappointment, please be cautious and use your best due diligence to select the right one.

How do we go to beach from your villa?
A :

It’s around 15 minutes walking-distance from our villa to the nearest beach in Seminyak. We also provide FREE Shuttle Service to the beach with scheduled drop-off only. Just ask our receptionist, if you need it.

How close is your villa to the nearest shop, restaurant, and tourist attraction?
A :

As our villa is located in central Seminyak, it will be super easy for you to you to reach any places of interest once you leave our villa entrance. All can be accessed just in just walking-distance.

How far is your villa from Bali International airport?
A :

It’s around 5 kilometer or 30-minute drive from airport. You can arrange airport pick up or drop-off service with us with additional charge at Rp 300.000 nett per car per way with max. 4 people including luggage. Book in advance is required. Alternatively, metered taxis are also available and bookable through our front desk/guest service. Most of our special packages include FREE airport transfers.
